When you start using any paraliminal you go through a relaxation process in the beginning. Do I need to go through this process before using the sleep learning tracks?
If you are planning to sleep anyway, not really. But the opening track is really useful for helping you set your intention for the listening session.

Alright thanks. Right now I'm using Ideal Weight in the evening, and after a while I go to sleep. Is it convenient to listen to the sleep learning track of the same session that I was listening for sleep learning? Or is it ok for example to listen to session A and then for sleep learning session B?
Stick with the one track. You'll alternate everyday with Ideal Weight .
