Don't know anything about their effectiveness since I haven't tested them yet.

I once took a few courses from Sylver Enterprises and was educated on that Visual Subliminals were extremely effective and that was the reason that visual subliminal cues were banned from movie theatres, It unfairly loaded the benifits into the hands of the vendors. Yet in another study it found that Audio Subliminals were ineffective and did not work.
It is possible to write your own hypnosis scripts record them onto tape which is your own voice and that is very effective.
And if you go to your library there is a book called Passion Profit Power and it tells you how to write your scripts. And even to hypnotize yourself.
