Hi everyone,

I've been practicing SFQ for about 5 months now, and have enjoyed reading the posts on this Forum.

I have a question about the "Your Healing Power" DVD. I'm pretty sure that one of the things mentioned in the letter I got about it said that it would show how to use an energy ball for healing. I've watched the DVD, but didn't see anything about using an energy ball.

Does anybody remember seeing that on the DVD?

I'm curious because I can feel the energy ball better than anything else. I don't really feel energy moving when I do the Forming of Yin and Yang, or the Moving of Yin and Yang, or Small Universe - but I can always summon up an energy ball!
