Hope you are all well. I'm new to this forum, so I'm looking forward to some good coaching tips from you guys!

My question is, some paraliminal tapes are same on both sides. Does this mean I still have to listen to both sides to get maximum benefit or just one side per session? For example Memory Supercharger is the same both sides, so shall I only listen to one side and consider it sufficient for that day's session? It does say on the website 'supercharge your memory in just 18 minutes' but I still want ot be sure.

All of the $14.95 tapes are the same on both sides. The real reason is that the session is only 18 minutes, and you can flip the tape for the next listening rather than rewind the tape, which tends to wear out the tape more quickly. You do not need to listen to both sides consecutively, and be sure to give yourself at least 20 minutes between listening to any of the tapes.

Basically, we have three types of tapes:
"Application tapes" are the $14.95 tapes and are designed to make a specific type of change.

The $24.95 tapes have a different session on each side and require a bit of pre-planning. You need to know what you want to achieve and what you are doing presently to prevent your goal.

The $34.95 tapes require the most pre-planning. Before listening, you should know what your goal is, what you are doing to prevent your goal, and have an idea of a model person who demonstrates the behaviors you would like to have in order to reach your goal.
