karenj23 Junior Member Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 2	Hi, I have recently purchased four Paraliminals, and I have read it is good to listen to one a day, but does that mean listen to both sessions in the same day? Also, how do you know when it is time to stop listening to one and start another? Thanks, Karen

I think you are supposed to wait 20 minutes or so between sides if it is a two part session. (like the Belief paraliminal or New History Generator for example) I just have fun with them . . .
