Hi, I have recently purchased four Paraliminals, and I have read it is good to listen to one a day, but does that mean listen to both sessions in the same day?
Also, how do you know when it is time to stop listening to one and start another?
Thanks,
Karen

Hey Karen . . .

I just trust my gut. I listen when I feel like listening. I think you are supposed to wait 20 minutes or so between sides if it is a two part session. (like the Belief paraliminal or New History Generator for example)

I just have fun with them . . . Like they are a magical tool that allows me to literally work on anything I desire.
Enjoy

Thank you, I wasn't sure whether to focus on just one paraliminal each week. I will just go with it and enjoy!
