Hi emotion!

I'm relatively new to doing SFQ, and this is my first post on the forum, but the only thing that comes to my mind, is are you remembering to have a smile on your face when you practice the movements as Master Lin suggests?
Sorry to hear of your sadness, I can only think that doing SFQ will help you feel better.

Good suggestion ajsunny. If you can anthero6243, try and feel the smile in your heart. Making it a true smile of joy.

I was going to suggest spending more time going into the emptiness. Think on the last phrase of the password, "the universe and I combine together". The universe isn't angry. It can take the energy of the anger and find the right place for it. It loves you and every other part of itself.

The smile is a good way to connect to this loving energy.

Hi,

Anger is a challenge , but holds much wisdom as we listen, and a wonderful opportunity to know oneself more deeply. There is a book, Transforming Anger, by Doc Childre and Deborah Rozman, Ph. D. The tagline on the cover says: The HeartMath solution for letting go of rage, frustration and irritation, it teaches great insight into anger. Also, I just read an article in Body & Soul (Sept 06) issue, called Transform Your Anger (not related to the book). It was also very enlightening.

Anger is a gift...if directed toward a positive solution...can bring rewarding transformation!

May you be blessed on your journey,
cmb
