Hi,
I just came across a world famous speed reading course called Evelyn Wood Reading Dynamics.

Has anyone tried it ?

I know Photoreading is not Speed reading. But can we use the Evelyn Wood system for rapid read ?

Evelyn Wood talks about unlearning the habit of subvocalization. Can this be used in combination wirh Photoreading .

I did the Evelyn Wood program. It works.

I think the Acclerate Learning state of mind is what I recently discovered prevents me from subvocalizing when super reading.

The Evelyn Wood program is different though, less dynamic in terms of results.

I am very new. Still going through the Photoreading course, but the differences are very clear. Photoreading is many times faster and dynamic, but it seems less simple to master for some people.

I am just hoping I don't need to spend the tons of hours that seem to be required for some newbies to master the art. :-)

Are you a Photoreader? Newbie? Please share your experiences with either program. :-)

Evelyn Woods is something that led Paul to developing PhotoReading.

If you're Superreading correctly you're going too fast to subvocalise that's why it is good for anyone who subvocalise too much to practice Superreading.

I've been using "The Reader's Edge" program, which has exercises to help open up your peripheral vision and reduce subvocalisation, both of which I think will help with superreading and hence complement photoreading.
