I am a new LS user, and I'm looking for a thread where Sonic Access is discussed. Any clues? Thanks.

Hi Ava
try typing in sonic access in the search facility located at the bottom of the forum page and it should bring up quite a number of posts.

Thanks Jetay. I did that earlier, and got a lot of posts, some with just the word "access" in them, and some that mentioned SA briefly, but no thread that I found that was mostly focused on SA. Of course, I didn't go through all the threads, and I thought asking this way might get me there quicker.

No need to look for any Sonic Access threads The course is still new much of the early discussion is whether to buy and what those who bought it think of it.

If you have a question there's a good chance it hasn't been asked or discussed. And even if it has the repetition won't hurt.

Used it yesterday, and nothing's happened yet. (I make ze joke.)

Would love to hear what others think of it.

Am listening to the same program twice a day. Once in the morning to set my cognitive space for the day, and once before bed to whisper to my dreams before slumber. Intend to do this to become the boss of my brain. That's probably a never-ending, never totally successful coup attempt.

Am going through the paraliminal thread, as a lot of those questions are probably similar to others I have.

Paul recommends listening only once a day. And using a regular Paraliminal if you want more. These CDs are specifically intended to set you up for self meditation. Without CDs when you want.

Can you explain why listening once a day is better than twice a day? Don't have any other paraliminals, and can't afford one at the moment. Do have other personal growth cds, though.

Is listening twice a day destructive in some way? He does recommend listening to the music track as much as one wants.

I don't want to treat my mind as a territory to be conquered, as that kind of coersion seldom works with me. But when change is approched more gently, there are better results.
