Hi:

I want to know if the Deep Relaxation paraliminal is similar to meditation. After using it for about three days I felt some of the same feelings I have while meditating.

Can I replace meditation with this paraliminal?

If no, what are the additional long term benefits of this paraliminal? This question is for those that have listened to it many times.

Thanks for your help

Ok, it seems that nobody has used Deep Relaxation to replace meditation.

So I want to change the question:

What are your experiences after listening to Deep Relaxation several times? (like 10 or more days)

I prefer to use Holosyn for meditation and Paraliminals to resolve specific problems. I think they are complementary products. In the end, you can use a certain personal development product to solve all your problems. It may work for you.

Hi there,
My advice to you is, if you want to listen to 'deep relaxation' you would be in the stage of 'beta' (most dreams occur during this stage) So repeaditly listening to 'deep relaxation' you will most likely have vivid dreams while having REM periods as at the same time you will be some what 'awake' (for lack of a better word.)

I thought "beta" was your wide-awake state, alpha a sort of meditative state, and theta was the vivid dream/creativity state?

Theta the dream meditative state.

Yes you could use the Deep Relaxation Paraliminals to aid yourself in meditation. If you enjoy the results. As with most meditation it's good when you can take yourself there and the Paraliminals are good training. That's why Paul created Sonic Access.

My theory is Use what works for you and if Deep Relaxation takes you to that meditative state, excellent. Just because no one else is doing it doesn't mean you can't.. You can and will try other methods when you're ready.

Thanks for all your replies, I will listen to it at least twice a week.

I focus better with the Deep Relaxation Paraliminal and the guided relaxation on it because with meditation sometimes I just can't stop the internal dialogue. So I will use it more frequently.

Thanks for your help
Juan
