Ifs it ok to run the plms while dong other things.....somethimes i dont feel like closing my eyes/meditating...is it ok to listen to the plm while i am doing other work on the computer...regular study/work??
most particularly when using
memory charger and peak performance plms ..since the work i am doing pertains to the objective of the memory charger and peak performance.

Just use the sleep learning track as you work. As long as it isn't something that requires your complete attention for safety reasons and doesn't distract you I say try it and see. I occasionally have a sleep learning track going while I write.
