I listened to other companies products. http://www.innertalk.com/cgi-bin/store/agora.cgi?p_id=CDH8005&xm=on&ppinc=search2 Subliminal takes too long, 45 mins once a day for 30 days... apparently it didn't work because I still had Panic Attacks. Then I actually ordered http://www.hppcds.com/products/Meditative_Relaxation-19-6.html from your competitor, but the CD was blank! I was so disgusted I threw it away and kept looking for a solution and found you.

When I was a teenager I used to drive so many miles on my days off from work (about 100 miles each day) that my Dad would get furious when I bragged about the distance traveled to my friends over the phone. Since then I've been involved in two car accidents. The first one, a Van coming from the opposite direction made a left turn in front of my path. I hit it so hard that it landed on it's side and slid 20 feet from the impact and the front of my car's hood was bent into the shape of a letter A. The second one, I was waiting at a Red Light and the driver of the Jeep behind me was in a hurry to get to Class was going too fast to come to a complete stop and skidded into my rear end.

Both accidents were years apart from each other but they had an impact on my driving habits and my emotions toward driving. Once I had the opportunity to date an attractive woman but I found out she lived near a heavy traffic intersection. Since I avoided them, I avoided her... how sad. Whenever I got stopped at a Red Light, my heart would race and I'd stop breathing. It got to the point that I would not go out unless I had to go shopping, go to work, or had a medical appointment. Should making a left turn be part of going to my destination... I would avoid it by going the long way, making right turns until I got there. I knew I NEEDED help when I started having Panic Attacks as a passenger. That's right!!! I wasn't even driving!!! Just being in the situation gave me a Panic Attack!!!

Just weeks before I found your website I ordered http://www.panic-attacks.co.uk/panic_prevention_program.htm but the Panic Attacks got worse because I had to breathe a certain way when I was in the situation that triggered the Panic Attack. Too much thinking involved. Well I found your website by accident, honest, still can't figure out how I came across it. I read your site and as interesting as everything sounded I ordered Anxiety Free since it was specific to my situation. If this didn't work, then I'd resort to medication.

Thankfully, it did work. It was delivered a couple of hours before I had to report for work, so I listened to it. On my way to work (the first day of listening to Anxiety Free) I was halted by a Red Light. The Red Light seemed to last forever and then I noticed that my heart wasn't racing and I was breathing normally. Not wanting to take a chance, I listened to Anxiety Free once a day for ONE week and then I decided to go for it, I waited for a Red Light in the Left Turning Lane!!! NOTHING, no PANIC ATTACK!!!

If you never experienced this you are probably laughing. For someone that was paralyzed by ANXIETY, this is a monumental breakthrough. As I listen to the words spoken on the CD I am amazed that Anxiety isn't mentioned not ONCE except at the beginning when the title of the CD is spoken.

Relax4comfort,

Awesome! Congrats on facing your fear!

I figure that since the Learning strategies stuff works so well for you, check out the "New Behavior Generator" paraliminal - I found this one to be really awesome for any form of anxiety - You'll laugh at how I use this, but it works wonders!

What I do is I think about my old roommate's pug-dog (the dogs with the scrunched-in faces) - This dog was so sweet and basically happy, calm and smiling through ANYTHING!

What I do is imagine the pug's feelings and breathing and place the dog behind the steering wheel... It is IMPOSSIBLE to have any anxiety if you can get yourself into that emotional state and I found that NBG really worked for me to make those kind of emotional shifts! (I hope the learningstrategies people agree with my recommendation of how to use that paraliminal - All I can tell you is that it works wonders for me!)

Hello Relax4comfort,

This is truly great. I really felt happy for you that you were able to overcome your fear using Anxiety-free Paraliminal. What inspired me more was your constant endeavour to kill your fear. You never stopped trying despite facing failures as well as ending up loosing money. Many many congratulations to you and thanks for sharing your experience in such detail. After reading your story I am more impressed and convinced than before, about the power of Paraliminals.

Thank you very much.

God bless you.

Kind regards
Vaibhav
