I go to bed about 9:30 and I wake up at 5:30 in the morning, although I have started getting up instead of hitting the snooze button, I am still really tired throughout the day, and it seems like its having an effect on my mood and my overall performance in class. Im in high school so sleeping in some classes is a big deal because you can miss important stuff. How can I get more energy throughout the day, and when should I listen to it?

Learning does affect the amount of sleep you need. The more data your brain has to process the more sleep is required. I suggest checking your vitamin intake and exercise program. Exercise is also important to the learner.
