Hi,

I couldn't seem to find anything related to this topic on the forum, so I am sorry if I am repeating a previous question.

Basically I am a relatively new user to paraliminals and so far so good (especially with Memory Supercharger) but I just wanted some advice on the best ones to use for an assessment day that I am attending in a couple of weeks time. It's the final stage of a 4 stage process (I've already had to answer several written application questions, psychometric tests and have had 1 interview) and I really want the job! But in these situations I get very nervous, tense and anxious especially because I have never experienced anything like it and I want to be able to put myself forward in the best possible light (I'm getting nervous just thinking about it). I am fine in one-to-one interviews but this involves interacting with a group of other candidates to do group exercises, presentations, another interview and tests and I will be observed for an entire day so it's quite an intense process. I know if I'm not so anxious I will be able to succeed but I'm finding it hard getting through that feeling.

I'm thinking Anxiety Free and maybe Self-Esteem Supercharger would be helpful but I would greatly welcome any suggestions and advice on any other paraliminals to use.

Many Thanks

Hi Amethyst,

I'm also new to paraliminals, but I completely agree with using Anxiety-Free Session A for your upcoming assessment. You sound a lot like me in that the more you want the position, the more nerve-wracking it is. You know the subject matter and what the right answers are, but the stress of it can make your mind go completely blank. And maybe you even start babbling something nearly incoherent. (Well, I have.) I think Anxiety-Free will help you relax very much. You'll see yourself in the evening after the assessment is over, thrilled that the experience is behind you and you handled it with confidence. Then it's just a matter of completing the steps between here and there. No anxiety.

I would also like to suggest that you consider "Talking to Win." I haven't used it yet myself, but I would if I had an interview or presentation coming up soon. The description is very interesting, including something about using physiology and the environment to your advantage so you can communicate with ease. If you decide to listen to it, I'd love to hear your insights.

Good luck!

Hi Karen,

It sounds like you totally understand how difficult these things are! Thanks for your suggestions and advice on using Anxiety Free session A, I will be definitely giving that a go. Talking To Win also sounds like a good idea and I'm going to have a look at getting this. I will keep you posted on my progress.

Thanks again for your input.

Instantaneous Personal Magnetism Someone who handles interview well would serve as a good role model. Talk to Win for the know how. Anxiety-Free in the week leading up to the interview. Self-Esteem Supercharger whenever you find yourself worrying too much about the performance.

Best,
Alex

In addition to the excellent suggestions above, you may want to check out Sales Leap, since we are essentially selling ourselves in job interviews.

A bit of a radical idea is to listen to Prosperity, to remember that you'll have plenty of money and everything else you want, whether from this job or something else, so you'll feel less stress about this particular job.

Sonic Access, if you have it, would be terrific.

Best of luck getting the job -- or something even better!

Thank you for the other suggestions - you've all been really helpful. The situation is still looming however it doesn't feel quite so daunting, as I have been listening to the paraliminals and they are definitely helping. I've been less anxious and starting to believe that I am capable of at least performing on the day and doing my best!

Although I have been mainly listening to Anxiety Free and Self-Esteem Supercharger and Talk to Win a couple of times, I like the idea of using Sales Leap and Prosperity, so thanks for your input as well Laura.
