After you use the Sword Fingers to break up the blockage, just grab the extra energy and throw it away. You need to learn detecting the blockage to know where to find the blockage and also detecting helps you feel if you got rid of (threw away) the blockage.
In your mind, say "Blockages open, completely healed" over and over. This is 90% of the healing (most pains/sickness is just extra energy that builds up as blockages). So detecting and getting rid of the blockage is most of it, then you send energy
To send energy to others; Hold out your palm and just push (visualize) energy going from your palm into where the person needs energy. (if the organ is Yin such as the Kidneys use Sword Fingers to give energy, if the organ is Yang such as the heart use the Palm) don't mix Yin energy with a Yang organ, results can be opposite of what you want! This is very bad for the person's energy as you can cause them much pain and this will also obliterate your Karma into nothingness if you purposfully do it to someone (who isn't attacking you).
To detect the blockage:
Say in your mind "What is wrong in the body", hold your hand with your fingers open (and about 12 inches away from the person you are trying to detect)move your hand from around the head and detect downwards (don't detect upwards -- this will cause energy to move to the "patient's" head and they may feel dizzy)
If there is a blockage, your hand may shake, or twitch, you may feel tingly. Many different sensations may happen.
I sometimes feel the person's blockage in my own body as if I feel their pain for a brief moment -- it sucks but useful for detecting. Later on in Level 3 you can learn how to read the aura with the third eye and you'll be able to see where they have blockages.
