Hello!
I recently bought several paraliminals. The one I was most excited about was the 10 minute supercharger, because I am always so low on energy. However, every time I have used it I am really really tired afterwards. I stopped using it during the day, and started listening to it before I went to sleep, but I haven't noticed any changes in my energy levels. Has anyone else had similar reactions. Any advice?
Thanks.

Yes I have had a similar experience. Almost every time I listen to a paraliminal, meditate or put myself into a state of hypnosis I manage to fall asleep. With the 10 min-charger I have done the same thing several times. I've found how I sit and where I sit (no laying down for me period) makes a difference. With that CD in paticular if I almost fall asleep and I can manage to keep myself awake...I listen to it a second time, one right after the other and I wake up refreshed. So its more like the 20 minute supercharger for me. But it works!

That's not really that uncommon. It takes about 10 minutes to get moving again. It's like waking up from a sleep. Some people feel slow to get going but give them 20 minutes and they have plenty of energy.

I recommend that you listen to the supercharger sitting up rather than lying down and after listening slowly get moving. Don't make the mistake of allowing yourself to stay still too long.

I fall asleep during this one, after about 10-15 minutes of waking up I'm really energized!
