Hello
I have been working with parraliminals more intensively (1-3 a day) in the last month. I am more focussed now almost down to 3 goals from 20, and have dropped a lot of surplus activities perhaps as a result. So I feel there is progress coming from somewhere. I am also becoming more regular in doing daily yoga, standard mindfulness meditation and have improved my diet too! but still such a long way to go.

In this process a few days ago somebody unexpectedly offered a stack of these monroe human plus tapes to try for a few months while they are overseas

they have names like: dehab (removing bad habits), mobius west (creating changes you want), restorative sleep, better seeing etc.

they appear to be a combination of binaural beats and a standard hypnotic approach (no subliminals is written on the case).

my question is: has anybody had any experience with these monroe, human plus programs? The friend who lent them to me swears by them.

Is there a danger of detracting from my current progress if I explore a few of these tapes along with the parraliminals and other Learning Strategies stuff? (ie natural brilliance when it arrives?).

Does anybody have any negative or positive experience with this monroe stuff, particularly in combination with LSC stuff, as the LSC stuff is my first priority at the moment??
thanks,

Years ago,I found my day-end records (financial) were prone to errors, as I was tired. I purchased the Human Plus called "Buy the Numbers" and listened to it twice. To my surprise and delight, my day-end records became consistently accurate. I do not think I have since listened to that tape.

Maybe someone from LSC can answer your question, but in my opinion I do not see why there would be a problem using the products in conjunction.

I do wonder why you are so aggressively listening to tapes though...

Hello Vita-man,
Thanks for your reply

Re I have tried to answer your question on my aggresive listening pattern?
partly to set a record here on the forum for anybody else that has been diagnosed with adult ADHD as this strongly colours my use of LSC programs.

My listening pattern comes and goes in waves according to the amount of stimulation it gives me. I cant seem to listen to the same thing day in day out and draw any benefit, it is an ordeal.

In all my listening, I seek to both relax and replace the negative tapes in my head. This includes parraliminals and now potentially a little monroe stuff (as your report is positive and I have grown a lot of respect for your opinion on this forum) and a host of other simple yoga based awareness and yoga visualisation tapes.

Whenever I feel tired and have the chance I open my library of parraliminals etc and ask myself what appeals most to listen to right now. I guess that means what appeals as most stimulating given the ADHD.

At present with underemployment it has resulted in the enjoyable listening of 1-3 parraliminals a day and usually a yoga meditation tape as well. Not all together!

I dont know how long this will last but I have somehow reduced to one major clear goal, I feel something is moving

and today a parcel with Natural brilliance and 4 parraliminals arrived! its stimulation plus for a while now!
best regards
