Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong Small Universe

I have been practising SFC for about 10 months and when doing my small universe I have been experiencing a fairly violent shaking in my arms and sometimes throughout the body. This is only been happening for the last 6 weeks.
Just wondering if this is being experienced by others doing their small universe and is it normal!

Hi Sibaya.
I've had the same thing happen to me.
I've also read on this forum that it has
happened to others. I do believe it is part
of the healing process so it would be
normal. It will go away as your body heals.
