When I practice I think it`s difficult to imagine what`s said we should do. Will this be easier with time?
It`s obviously an important thing to do, and I guess the benefit will be better with strong positive and correct imagination in the different exercises. Still, I think it`s good for me anyway, despite lack of imagination.

John,
Some people are more visual than other. To imagine what we should do will come in time if you find it difficult at the beginning.
When you are not practicing the Qigong, try to give yourself time to remember the happy events in your life. For example, how happy you are when someone smile at you or just come over to help you. How happy you are when the weather is nice and what you were doing at that moment.
In time with the guided meditation you will be able to imagine the guided imagines and get much more benefit out of the whole sequence. Everyone works at a different pace. Keep at it, you are doing fine and will get better.

Bluebird is right JohnA, just follow Master Lin's guidance and do the meditations and everything will get better and better. Relax into them, open up to them, don't force them, don't sit there expecting it to be this way or that, it will be what is best for you right now, and it will become what is best for you as you continue your practice.

Master Lin gives us very powerful meditations. He also gives us six keys to success. If you want to increase your meditation's effectiveness review the six keys, then go back and relax and open into the meditations.

You are perfection.

Okey thank you.
As for the meditation I haven`t put effort in it. I meditate with stereo headphones, but I will check out more of what Master Lin emphasizes in meditation
