hey
in all the paraliminals where it requires you to set a goal. i know its meant to be specific but how much effect do you put into it? do you sit there concentrating hard on what you want or do you just mentally say it a few times? does it matter.....?

another thing... with the belief paraliminal i thought that since if you think that paraliminals wont work so well then they wont.... with the belief you can make your belief that you believe that the paraliminals will work extremely well....
would that work? haha thanks

For me.. I started with a few broad and generalized goals that might capture the more specific goals (or steps) to reach the ultimate goal. However, this didn't seem to be very effective in my case due to the ultimate goal seeming too unrealistic. For example: If my goal is to make a million dollars this year, and I don't see any real progress toward that end quickly, my limiting beliefs start working on me...ultimately to the conclusion that THIS DOESN'T WORK.

While making the million may be my ultimate goal, I need to train my thinking to align with recognizing and acting on the opportunities to get there that I may not have seen otherwise. By starting with small and do-able, evidence appears almost immediately and re-inforces the learning.

and yes...I have the BELIEF CD as well, and I hadn't thought of that angle. That just goes to show how creative you can get with this....the possibilities are only limited to the extent you put them to use. Good one!

Good Luck!

Just answer the questions from the booklet that will lead you to setting the right goal for your listening. Paul asks another couple of questions that further allow you to clarify your goal.

See the booklet there are specific instructions for each session for each Paraliminal.
