Lately, I have had a lot of trouble falling asleep at night, and then had restless, non deep sleep where I often wake up several times during the night.

What paraliminals would be best to get back into the habit of going to sleep easily and sleeping deeply through the night; as well as waking up refreshed and revitalised?

Thanks.

Well if you want to develop a nice habit, maybe the new behavior generator would be helpful?

But I really think they should make a paraliminal just for sleep aid. Insomnia affects a lot of people, after all.

I agree with this. I have a friend who has terrible insomnia. He has tried many things and now he is taking prescription medication just to be able to get 4 hours sleep per night.

I am telling him about qigong, specifically SFQ, but money is tight for him right now, so that may have to be in time. He is reading BORN A HEALER and the exercises in the book may help him.

I do not have DEEP RELAXATION so I do not know if this would help him, but it is good to hear from someone who it has helped. Does anyone else have any experience with this for helping with sleep or working on insomnia?

Meanwhile, it would be great to have a paraliminal just for insomnia.

Have you tried it yet? What happened when you did?
