I have high blood pressure (140/90) and seek some practices to reduce it.
Any suggestions?.....Thanks so much. Robert

Hi rgolden.
I would think that any of the exercises
would be helpful where they are so
relaxing.

I have a friend who had high blood
pressure. He only does the small
universe meditation. His blood pressure
is now normal.

I would think that the moving of yin and
yang and breathing of the universe
are quite important but would do all of
the exercises if I could.

My thoughts anyway.

Aloha rgolden,

The Level One active exercise practice can help, as well as either of the two guided meditations (have your hands palm-down when doing the meditations).

If you have Level Two, check out the end of the section on bloodpressure in the manual for and addition finger massage technique.

Much Love,

Shawn
