Hi,

I've just spent the last couple of hours checking out old posts on the forum. There's a lot of information to take in.

Anyhow, right now, I have 4 paraliminals: Beliefs, New Behaviour Generator, Instantaneous Personal Magnetism and the 10-Minute Supercharger.

From reading all the posts it would seem that the best idea is to have in mind a goal you want to achieve.

The one thing that I have been struggling with the most, throughout my life, has been women and relationships.

This is due to a number of self-limiting beliefs and various self-defeating behaviours that I practice when it comes to women and relationships. Precisely why I bought Beliefs and New Behaviour Generator. Obviously, having instantaneous personal magnetism can't harm either.

I'm just wondering about the best way of applying/combining all of these things.

In my mind, the goal I have is clear: to be awesome with women and relationships.

I'm thinking of starting every day with Beliefs - to get rid, one by one, of each and every self-limiting belief I have about women and relationships and to install, in its stead, a positive belief about women and relationships.

I'm thinking of following that up later on the same day with New Behaviour Generator - to replace each and every self-defeating behaviour with one that enhances my chances of being successful with women.

And then further on that day, I can focus on someone charismatic, and model them using Instantaneous Personal Magnetism.

And then the next day, I would follow the same procedure. And then, after doing this for two or three days I would take a day off, to let the changes integrate.

Is this the best way of applying the paraliminals, or would another strategy be more effective, or is it a matter of trial and error?

My personal experience with this is that two per day is a kind of threshold. It may be different for you - and the only way you'll find out is through experimentation - but when I tried three in one day, the effects seemed diluted and weak.

My inclination would be to listen to two each day, pairing ones that either build on each other or aim to achieve similar effects - Beliefs and New Behavior Generator, for instance. Ten Minute Supercharger sits well with anything - I use that one a lot, at a time when I might normally feel I needed a shot of caffeine.

Keep in mind also that both Belief and New Behavior Generator have two sessions each, and it's important to use both. Session A of Belief is for releasing old negative beliefs, while Session B installs new, positive ones. If you were going to do two sessions a day, it might be a good idea to do Session A and Session B in the same day.

These are all just suggestions. When it comes to this, the only real expert is you. Everybody has different goals, options, reactions and results with these things.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
