I was listening to Personal Genius and a thought came to me. Would anyone suggest, or has anyone listened to the sleep learning track of any CD on loop (generally track 3) while working on the computer? Is it a good idea, effective? Any comments?

Thanks.

TBP22,

After listening to the Holosync introductory CD (awesome!), you would definitely get better benefits listening with your eyes closed, whereby relaxing the mind more for better integration. Also, the computer may give you a headache from attempting to absorb all of the stimuli introduced to your mind, on top of the paraliminal. It seems as it may get a bit confusing to try and incorporate thinking and allow the Holosync technology and affirmations to set into your mind. If you are successful, more power to you. . .and of course, let a brother know. : -)

I do listen to Sonic access while doing Qigong, albeit with my eyes closed. And, I really enjoy doing both simultaneously, for peace of mind and the alignment results.

Best Wishes,

~Chad

Hi Chad,

Many thanks yet again for coming to the rescue. In view of your response I am thinking of attempting a combination of your thoughts with a trial of mine. Suppose I listen to the sleep learning tracks while I am in a more relaxed state whilst on the computer: as in when lazily surfing or searching for a particular topic, or reading emails, etc... That way I won't strain my mind as you so rightly said.

I shall give it a go and will respond back after a while.

The only question that remains is, do I answer Paul's questions prior to listening to track 3, or do I just play the track on loop for say an hour and let the unconscious mind do what it sees best?

Hmm. Any ideas there, Chad.

As always, many thanks, and best wishes to you.

Hani,

I am very intrigued by your name, and wondering if you would care to share a little? Hani seems to have a female overtone, although so does my screen name. Your name reminds me of an angel named Haniel, to be accurate Archangel Haniel. The meaning in Judaism is “the glory/grace of god.” So, Hani apparently means glory/grace, and obviously el means god. Wondering if there is another meaning for your name or what the story is about your name? Whatever you care to share. I’m a nerd, and a very curious one too.

Okay, so in response to your post. . . Personally, I would loop track #3, and surf without cluttering the situation with directives. However, if you answer the question before surfing, then the conscious mind work is already finished. After that, it’s all track #3 baby!

Keep me posted yo,

~Chad

Hi Chad, actually Hani is a male name - it means 'calming, happy and forever giving'. I'll keep you posted how I get on with track 3.

Hani
