hi, perhaps you can help me.
I read the advice to take 10sec. for supperread a page and 30sec to skitter a page from a book. And also not to activate longer than 30min-45min, but when my book has about 300 pages I need for skittering 300x30=9000sec=150minutes, am I right with this? Is this a too long time?
And Paul said, understanding comes in layers, when I will superread and skitter several times I have to spent a lot time.
How do you do this? Any advice?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you need to activate every page of the book. Instead, go to the table of contents, and search for a section or sections that interest you, and activate those. This helps prove the 4-11% theory, that only between 4% and 11% of the book actually tells you what you need to know, and the rest is just "fluff," or detail that is added (the reasons vary, but most of it you don't need to know).

So try doing that, and you'll cut down your activating time by a lot.

And if you feel you are going too slow, speed up if you must. The course was made to be flexible, so that you could change it a little to meet your needs.

A 300 page book takes the average reader 9 to 12 hours. If you've reduced it to 2.5 hours you are better than 1/3rd faster.

10 seconds for superreading is only superreading no dipping if you dip you add a few seconds. Skittering can be faster than 30 seconds a page.

Also make your activation layers shorter than 45 minutes. 20 minutes is best sue to an interesting quirk of brain functioning.
