In SFQ healing method, you remove energy blockages, or work transformationally with energy via visualization, as well as spoken or unspoken signals/messages(words like 'open', 'no blockages', 'completely healed', 'no pain', etc, etc..) One is very focused holding an intention through the image and signals, as you breath into your heart center, 'breathing in' universal and spiritual energy/qi. The message part is very important, very vital in these workings.
