I apologise if this question has already been asked... but:

If I were to photoread a book, would I be able to image-stream right away and know the whole book? And save myself from incubation? The reason I ask this is because I understand that the Photoreading phase of the PhotoReading WholeMind System exposes the text to the unconscious mind... and I also understand image-streaming as an expressing process OF the unconscious mind... so i added the two together to form this question...

is this right or have i mistaken something?

anyone experienced this? I'm going to test this a few times, but was wondering if anyone else had already done so?

Thanks

Deniz

Hey Deniz,

Sorry to reply so late, I know you've probably forgotten about this already, but I had that same question to.

So the other night, I photoread five books and tried Image Streaming about five or ten minutes after. One of the biggest problems I face, that someone might want to address, is that after photoreading about a subject, I REALLY want to Image Stream about what I photoread, which makes it hard to let images come to me, instead of me making it up.

I found that if I relaxed EXTREMELY deeply, almost asleep, yet still conscious and aware, it became easier. Paul Scheele's voice helped (lol).

So one of the books I had photoread was about Light and Time Travel using it. As I was Image Streaming, I found myself being lifted up into space, out of our solar system. I encountered many different experiences, that caused me to come up with some truly amazing theories, that I thought about while deciphering the Image Stream. I slept on it, and now, I'm conducting many research projects/semi-experiments, to see whether it's legit or not. If all goes well, I'll post on the forum (and maybe pick up a Nobel Prize for Physics!...............................though I doubt it. But who knows?)

If you need any more help on this, or if anyone on this forum needs more help, I'll be more than wiling to discuss it, as I might get a few insights as to a method of Image Streaming to activate materials that were recently photoread.

I'll keep trying to perform these activating Image Streaming sessions, and if I encounter anything notable, I'll be sure to post my experiences.

Happy Holidays!

thatz great man!

im still experimenting with this too... i think having a REALLY specific purpose seems to have some results but not really good enough... for example i was photoreading a book on enlightenment, a book on taoism, and a small self-help book... afterwards i tried image streaming and all i got was a deep red glossy apple with a green leaf upon a black background...

my image streaming question (and my purpose for the photoreading) was "what is enlightenment?"

so far... i have no idea how to connect the two together... but i KNOW there has to be a connection... thinking about apples isnt something i do too often

Hey Deniz,

That happens a lot to me, too. I almost always see a black background, and if it's not that, it's a blue sky, that has a few strands of thing white clouds.

Maybe you should eat more apples, and you'll find enlightenment(lol).

Or maybe trace the apple back to it's beginning, perhaps. It was grown on a tree. Maybe you should grow trees. Or get a garden.

These things are all living, so maybe life has something to do with it. Do you have any children/other family members or friends that you think might help?

Maybe it's too analytical, but it makes some sense.

you just gave me a little enlightening moment... lol and it wasnt through eating more apples... i like that you connect the ideas with "doing" experiences... i normally associate my image streaming ideas with other ideas that i already have in my mind...

you said that an apple has grown on a tree... which i never thought of... and i associate trees with roots, literally and mentally... going back to the roots of ideas, the roots of experiences, etc... i was reading a books called "The Voice of Knowledge" by Don Migual Ruiz... and he was talking about the Adam and Even story (which i relate to the apple!) and his interpretation of The Tree of Knowlege of Good and Evil is that the tree represents the judgemental mind, aka judgeing "this" as "good" and "that" as "bad"... he inteprets the adam and eve story as being a lesson on being nonjudgemental... can you see where i am going with this? my mental process has been from apple, to tree, to root, to adam and eve and the tree of knowledge and good and evil, to the lesson of nonjudgemental perception...

i have consciously read books on enlightenment where i have found that enlightenment is the merging of the "knower" and the "known"... to me the "knower" is the judgemental mind... and the "known" is the object that which we judge... and the nonjudgemental observer is separate from the mind and the object that which the mind focuses on... in other words, being a choiceless aware presence beyond the mind and the thoughts *IS* the merging of knower and known... because when you observe the mind and the object of the mind they BOTH become objects of perception... before i was identified with the mind and i saw the mind as "me"...

i dont know if becoming aware of the mind is enlightenment but i feel that it is the a path towards enlightenment...

this is all just a stream of consciousness but i can conclude that things are happening in my mind that were not happening before...

im reading books by david hawkins now and they're excellent...

as for the blackness that we see when we initially use the image stream... i have found it useful to interpret the blackness on a personal level, i like to ask "what do i assoiate this blackness with?" and i just move on from there

wow i have typed a lot lol

let me know how you're coming along... i also find it interested that you see a blue sky and white clouds... i remember Osho writing a book on "The way of white clouds"... i haven't read it but it might help...

take care

Deniz

The only thing to remember when you Image Stream a book you have PhotoRead is the image stream will be a metaphor and you need to decode the image stream to understand the message in both the book and your Image Steam.

It's a good way of building your curiosity and interest in the book and a good opening to activation.

What you get from the Image stream won't necessarily be the story line or messages from the book. They will be your grasp of the information contained in the book.
