I just started the Natural Brilliance course. At the begining when you are to choose a limiting behavior, my head gets flooded with many challanges that I have. How do I first prioritize, and second, How do I allow myself to not go outside of that problem. For example I want to more organized, stop smoking, stop procrastination, and better manage my time. I think that the first thing to tackle is organization, but how do I get my mind from wandering to the other areas of concern.
Or-
Can you tackle multiple challenges at once?
My last question is it normal to daydream while using the natural brillance paraliminal?

Thank you for your time and any insight.

Yes you can probably handle more than on thing at once. Getting organised, managing time better and less procastination are all time management skills. Setting a realistic timeline for quitting smoking can even come under the time management. The question, "What's the best use of my time right now?" Lets you decide if one of the other areas can in fact benefit from your attention at this time. Remaining flexible and applying the Natural Brilliance model.

E.g. You want to organise you office and have just gotten started going through some files. Then you come across a magazine you stored and start flicking through the pages. Before you start reading ask yourself, "What's the best use of my time right now?" then apply the Natural Brilliance model by first releasing, then notice etc. That will give you the choice to return to task at hand or something else that you now decided has priority.

Yes, the mind is likely to wander off into daydreams when listening to paraliminals, I've ripped of the headphones a couple of times while listening to paraliminals with an answer to a problem or an insight to something I was working on.
For some reason they never had anything to do with the paraliminal that I was listening to at the time.
