Shawn,
Would one yield better results if he were to do the moving of yin and yang, breathing of the universe and joining of ying and yang movements in full lotus? If not, would it be effective at all do them in this seated posture?
Respectfully, Cp

Aloha provost,
Active exercises are "good" done lying down, "better" sitting, and "best" done standing.
The active exercises set you up to go deeper in your sitting meditations.
Much Love, Shawn
