Hi,
One of the assuring sentences while getting into the relaxed state for the PR phase is "As I PR my concnetration will be absolute".
On the other hand, while PR, you chant in order to keep your conscious mind busy an let your other than conscious mind get the information.
My question is:
- What am I supposed to concentrate on when PR if I must not think on the book? In order to concentrate you must think on something.
- Would it be OK to think on other things as long as they are not related to the subject yo PR?
