What are people's experiences with Sleeplearning. Is it effective?

I've been listening to Self Esteem Supercharger for about 6 weeks on the sleep track. I however was wondering what sort of length it is reccomended to be used for as i'm considering using it for 2 months or more...

Also, what sort of volume should I set it at? Recently ive found it difficult to sleep with it on, so i've reduced the volume so I can only just hear it. Is this very low volume ok?

Would appreciate any help

Thanks

Have you used the whole Paraliminal normally?

Volume level and best way to use the Paraliminal are explained in the booklet that comes with each Paraliminal.

If you're only listening to the sleep learning track and never thinking about the questions that Paul poses at the beginning of the Paraliminal and the questions in the booklet. I doubt you'll get much from them because you're not focused what would boost your Self-Esteem. The Paraliminal have two effective dialogs but they cannot do much if they are not connected to a purpose, your specific purpose.

You'll need to be more specific if you don't think I answered your question. Like I said how to use each Paraliminal is explained in the booklet. To me it's a waste of a Paraliminal to listen to it everyday for more than a week.

It works better if you use headphones. As an alternative you can position the speakers either side of your bed.
