I was advised sometime ago that I should use the belief tape, if I choose to use it at the same time as Million dollar Vocab, and use it to create belief in my ability to learn and utilize a larger vocabulary.
Now, since this belief never occurred at an early stage in life, when I am going over the time line as directed by Paul Sheele on the tape, where do I go or what do I imagine ?
I actually wanted to know, what do you do if you want to acquire a belief that isn't rooted in the distant past, but actually somewhat recent( a year or 2 in the making)? How do I guide my mind to visualize more recent events where it may have possibly started from?
**I find that most of the beliefs I want to acquire are rooted in things that seeming have suddenly sprang up from recent events. As in, I had a belief working for me perfectly before hand( I could write awesome, had great command of the English language, ****had a huge vocabulary I could access without doubt or second guessing-which i desperatly want back***), then something happened(relationship stress, verbal abuse during that relationship, etc) and suddenly it was as though those things no longer existed or functioned as they once did, or at all for that matter. Any ideas?
I would really appreciate some help pertaining to those exact things I said I had working in my favor before hand, as well as any ideas or guidance in formulating beliefs that have no roots in the early childhood, but rather in recent history.
Thankx all
John
