I have a question. How can I improve my study, and make it as effective as possible using the techniques of photoreading?

And also, will relaxing into an alpha state and then studying be good, or will it only do me harm as it will make me a bit tired.

Follow something like the 5 day test for studying. Break down your work plan into chunks. Set a timer and study using PhotoReading mind mapping and naturally writing those assignments. After 20 minutes take a short break, get up take a stretch and if you're tired do some cross crawls. Set the timer for another 20 minutes and continue. If you do this for an hour take a longer break at the top of the hour actually go for a walk or something.

Just use the tangerine technique to get into the ideal state. No need to do the full Accelerated Learning State each time you come back to the desk. The tangerine technique is enough for that. You can use the Accelerated Learning State anytime to state your purpose and affirm your intention. I'd only do it once at the beginning. Can even add a short visualisation of yourself having successfully completed your homework or assignment for that period. Walking away feeling satisfied with your efforts.
