I'm thinking of adding some paraliminals to my new SFQ practice. However, I have so much to do (or avoid) in my life that I think I'm just adding more int to create chaos. I'd really like to try these, but the only time left is when I go to sleep. I couldn't find a faq on how to use these anywhere, but I sure don't have another half hour. I need to get a project done that I keep avoiding. Please, I'm really hoping, someone will tell me that I can just turn this on when I go to sleep. Thanks

Focus and Concentration will help you to concentrate on one task at the time. When you finish your project, which you should select as your first task, you will feel lighter and ready to tackle the others. I am sure you can find half an hour to listen to the paraliminal and then, when you go to sleep, you can use track 3 to reinforce the concept conveyed by the paraliminal.

With Paraliminals you only need 20 to 30 minutes on odd days. It doesn't have to be a daily thing. Just use them on the days you need them the most.
