Hi:

I have been using the Awakening Prologue of Holosync Solution for about a month now, and I have decided to give it to my cousin to use, while I myself will move onto the next level.

However, I understand that I am suppose to use the Awakening Prologue for four month at least before I move onto the next level. I am just wondering if it is okay to just jump to the next level long before having used it for four month? Will skipping it make the next level less effective?

Thanks for any help that may be offered

chuckiecow,

Skipping to the next level too soon will actually not be beneficial to you, and can cause extreme overwhelm, from what I understand. I've only been on Awakening Prologue for a little over 3 weeks, but I'm familiar enough with the suggestions by Bill Harris for using his program. He says success isn't measured by how quickly you move from one level to the next, so even if it takes you more than the 4 months to complete Awakening Prologue, it will be well worth the extra time spent.

That is correct chuckie. What the A.P. does is primarily (what I understand from my 2 1/2 months exp) create the neural pathways in your brain that you need for whole brain thinking and moving on to other levels. If you want to cross a river, and there is no bridge, it makes it lot harder for you because you have to swim or find some other ways. So if you are giving your brain stimuli for paths that don't exist, it can bother you or do nothing. Bill always says that when you are done with A.P., you'll always know.

Centerpointe support staff had recommended to me that I try to spend 6 months on the Awakening Prologue if possible. This ensures a smoother transition to the Awakening Level 1.

It currently takes 6 weeks to get additional levels from Centerpointe, unless you order them without affirmations.

The transition to AL1 from AP is a big jump, and the power level will either overwhelm you in a matter of days or have no effect at all (this has been reported.)

When I moved up to AL1, There were noticable feelings of overwhelm and I had been listening to AP for a year.

Just my experience, everyone responds differently.

You might want to try listening to AP and repeating the immersion soundtrack so you have 30mins on the dive and then 1 hr listening to immersion.

Try that and see if it produces any additional overwhelm, if not you might be good to go on to AL1

I agree with what has been said here. Far better to take it slowly and progress in a way that respects the design of the program. Bill himself experienced some very strong overwhelm states and Kundalini crises when developing the programme, before he worked out how to grade the progression through the deeper levels.

Although I have never used "the End," I have experienced Premature Enlightenment, and it's not pretty. Best case scenario, you quickly and easily adapt to the next level. Worst case scenarios, either it's too much and your gets no effect other than an hour of lost time, or the effect is too strong and you freak out.

Some of you are probably aware of this but Centerpointe has some competition from the folks at Awakened Minds http://www.awakenedminds.com/

There is only ONE CD and it costs less than $40! Now this beats 12 levels at under $300 per level. Might be worth looking into...

"How do the Awakened Minds audio CDs differ from the Monroe Institute's Hemi-Sync tapes or Centerpointe's Holosync program?
While the Hemi-Sync and Holosync tapes use binaural beats to induce specific brainwave states and we applaud them for helping to make binaural beat technology more well-known, we feel our audio technology is superior to that used by other companies offering similar products. Our Insight CD is vastly more affordable and, due to the use of harmonically layered frequencies, we believe our audio technology is more powerful and effective. The Price & Quality Comparison page of our site provides a more detailed comparison and includes a comparison chart."

Why would AL1 do nothing if you moved on to it too early?

I have been wondering about AL1 myself, but I am not yet convinced I want to spend that much money on it. I posted a question "Does Centerpoint work?", I have been using AP for 1 year and I have never felt any efect from it. I just keep falling asleep. I don't know if AL1 would do anything but its a bit expensive to find out.
