Hello,

I have a question. My boyfriend and I had a discussion this morning and I feel deeply hurt by the exchanges of words we had. It was not a fight, there was still love, but he said things that make me feel that I have to accept reality that I am not ready to accept. I have kind of a possible grief that I have to make concerning something I ask. Ok, of course, anything can change for the better, I believe in Law of Attraction, but right now, I feel deeply hurt and I did all day EFT to help me, but I still have deep sadness. I wonder if some paraliminals could help to ease the sadness ? and even accept what is.

thanks
Isabelle

Isabelle, one paraliminal you might try is "You Deserve It"--no, I don't mean you deserve to have heard what you did, but the general theme of the CD is that you deserve a good life. I find this para very effective when I've taken a hit like the one you just described. It not only makes me "feel" better about things, but usually I find new pathways opening up, too, things I hadn't thought of before.

I also like to use this one when I sense blockages impeding progress on other goals. It works well with many of the paraliminal programs, sometimes clearing the way so I can get things done.

Try going to http://www.thework.com or search youtube for "byron katie".

that might help.

or try some TAPAS, similar to EFT, (you'll have to google it i'm not sure where to send you off the top of my head..)

All I can think of now..good luck..

EFT is great but sometimes you need another approach. Byron Katie's "the work" is excellent for this sort of thing it you can let yourself really go with it.
