Wondering if you are suppose to listen to both Sessions in a day? or split them up. Ex: New Behavior Generator and Peak Performance both have two sessions. The booklet does not state if they are suppose to be listened to together or seperated by a twenty minute period?

I think the book says give at least 20 mins. I been told it is best to give one day.

Thanks for your response, not to be thick, is it like two different tapes in one? And it does not matter which i listen to first meaning session A or B?

Sorry again for being thick, i do not feel the booklet is very clear

I don't think you're being "thick" at all--in fact, I agree that the booklets could be a little more clear. Poor Alex has to retype replies over and over saying essentially the same things--"wait 20 minutes between sessions" and so on. Why not include that information in the booklet? Some folks who buy these might not even check this board for instructions: it should be included, in my opinion.

That said, sometimes I listen to side a and side b of these programs on the same day, just not in the same hour.

Paula, I think that side A is to help you formulate your goal. Once that goal is formulated then you would just listen to side B. I think you can always go back to side A to help you clarify your goals again... kind of like a booster. And just like Jeanne said waiting 20 mins between listenings (whether sides or cds) is recommended.

Hope that's helpful.

Maybe you should read through the instructions coming with the CD and follow them to see which type of outcome you get. Make sure you know how to set your goals accurately.
