New Listener, i am on the 5th day of listening and I am feeling kinda of low. Is this normal?, its almost like its giving me the opposit effect. i thought I read you should only have to listen for 7 days. At this rate I should listen for alot longer. Any suggestions or input?

Sometime this one brings up emotional issues that have been hidden...typical example of how light comes from the dark.

Maybe take a break for one or two days to allow emotions to be released and your body to settle down.

The interesting thing to ask yourself when you feel low is how low would you normally have felt? When we start using Paraliminals we will find that most of our highs and lows are subjective experiences. So the question sometimes to ask yourself is how low have I felt in the past with similar self talk.

Just because we use Paraliminals doesn't mean we are always on a high. I experienced a low period weekend before last. I had forgotten that I made the mistake of eating something with MSG which. One of the symptoms for me is feeling low. I stumbled on the discarded packaging and remembered. Of course being able to pinpoint my reason for being down in the dumps for no apparent reason didn't change how I felt but it lifted my thinking.

So lows are still a normal part of life.
