hmmm I have a question , I was thinking since my exams are coming close , for revising chapters I can make an abc list for each chapter , from each topic and then go in for a revision

Since I am a commerce student, I will show u one of my abc list

for secreterial practise , Chapter I and II

A - Allotment
B - Bonus Shares
C - Call on Money
D - Divdend / Deferred Shares
E - Equity Shares
F - Forfieture of Shares
and the list goes on , now
there are some items say

T where I ahve Transfer of shares , Transmission of shares

sometimes even moer than 2 items , is it ok to have them ?

For a quick revision , on a piece of paper , a mindmap of the whole chapter ,categorized using ABC LIST actually looks very nice ,other option beign grouping close things together ,but ABC makes a proper order

There are a couple of ways you could approach it. You could come up with one image that sums up the two words for you.

Or, your you can get creative and play with the words.

Example, for bonus shares I have Bugs Bunny, holding a nest with bows (bow-nest) Sharing out those bows like an easter bunny to Elmer and Daffy.

If you have more than 20 that have 2 or more important topics to a letter consider using a second list. Especially in cases where they have important and diffierent meanings and can be confused like with "transmission" and "transfers".

Notice also that your example includes the word "shares" a lot meaning you can reduce it to one word in many cases by simply naming your ABC list differently. Instead of secreterial practise. Call something like Stuff about Shares - for Secreterial practise Chapt. 1 & 2. List one might include types of list 2 might be shares in action.

When it comes to having 2 or more items to a letter it isn't a question of is it okay to have them. The question is can you remember them both (or all) when you check your list in piggy bank time? If not you need to do intelligence gap management and perhaps try a different approach.
