Hi!

I am interested in purchasing the MO and am curious as to whether it would be helpful in memorizing physical movement as I am involved in a sport which requires that and would be much appreciative of anything that can teach me how I can better remember it all. Would this course be beneficial to memorizing physical movement?

Thanks!

T,

I would not recommend Memory Optimizer for learning physical movement. You probably would do better with the paraliminals instead. You might want to try Peak Performance, Belief, and Memory Supercharger to start with and see how that workds for you.

Thanks for your reply, Rain. I do have the paraliminal library so I will try using those more. I've used the Memory Supercharger and the Belief but haven't used the Peak Performance yet. I'll work with that for awhile and see how it goes.

Thanks again,
T

I love using the ABC list for memorising sequence. Physical works just as well.

The Memory Optimizer teaches many tricks and techniques. The main theme is memory gap management. Noticing where your memory is remiss and then taking steps to correct it by strengthening your memory web.

So yes it can.
