That way besides the few people that stick around to help someone else, and Alex, and people who have questions there would be more of a reason to come to these forums besides help.

People could talk about all kinds of things related to self development. It'd be fun and bring more life to these boards.

The only problem with 'general' is the non-usefulness of not staying 'on topic', plus the possible need for more moderation.

Otherwise, I appreciate your participation or coming out the 'lurking woods'.

That's what general discussion boards are for. So you can talk about anything. Since most people who come here are about self improvement, the subjects talked about in it would be aroudn that subject.

It'd be fun and everybody would have a great time. Of course a moderator or two would need to be active but it'd

1.) Keep people who just come her to ask questions about photoreading coming back.
2.) Make the forum live.
3.) Make modding alot more interesting for Alex.
4.) Attract more people to the site.

For example, I saw a while back you posted a topic that had nothing to do with asking for help and it died. This way people who just want to talk about things would have something to discuss.

Hey,

I think Infinite Light is right.

And if modding is the problem, I wouldn't mind volunteering to help regulate it daily, or so.

General support would be most beneficial to anyone on this sight looking for self-dev. information.

I'm for it.

Well now we have to see if Alex is for or against the idea. What say you alex? You up for expanding the scope of this forum to include a general discussion?

Beyond human is the general discussion area. Haven't you checked it out? It's for anything and everything while not called General it is everything about our personal development and evolution. It's the catch all area that isn't necessarily about a Learning Strategies product.

Lots of interesting stuff discussed there.
