Hey, here's a question that has popped into my head more than once.

Why does arachnophobia seem like such a common phobia? Why are spiders so scary for so many people? Also...what Paraliminals would any of you recommend in helping to get rid of that phobia?

Ever since I can remember I've been afraid of spiders. I'm especially terrified the bigger they get (and I've come across some HUGE one's the past few days...gives me the shivers just thinking about it now!!). It's more of a nuisance than anything debilitating. I've just been more aware of it as I've run into those big outdoor spiders in their webs (and almost walked face first into one <shiver>).

Anyway, looking forward to the responses.

New Behaviour Generator may help you in accepting spiders for what they are.

Anxiety Free is the Paraliminal I would concentrate on using. You might also try some EFT tapping along with it.
