I just began utilizing Sonic Access and find myself drifting off and paying very little concious atention to the words and meditation. I am wondering how much benefit I will gain without focusingg on the words?

Thanks!!!

The two voices at the same time are naturally going to cause you to switch off consciously. Don't worry about consciously focusing on the words. However do use the time to meditate on (think about) your goals and your purpose for listening to that particular CD.

How effective is it to listen while falling asleep, or in the morning before getting out of bed?

Sonic Access is designed to help you learn to meditate. If you just use it as an aid for sleeping that's all it will be.

Get up in the morning and do it then. Meditating first thing in the morning is one of the best ways to start the day.

Does sonic access take the place of other pariminals?

Sonic Access does not need to replace the Paraliminal.

Sonic Access is meditation. Focusing on one of 4 specific life areas daily.

The Paraliminals still serve to add greater leverage when confronted with challenges as opportunities arise. For example you might align yourself with the perfect financial deal for opening your own shop. And still use the Talk to Win Paraliminal to finalise the negotiations.

Hello,

I have been listening to Sonic Access for around 5 days now, just using the Success CD.

I haven't listened to the second part of the CD as it says I don't really need to and I just haven't had time. Do I lose anything by not listening to this?

Although others have said they like the song at the end of the meditation, it hasn't really done anything for me, I come round before it starts and switch it off.

Any comments would be welcome.

Jodi

Greeting,

Has anyone ever experience "uncomfortable body" feeling while listening to Sonic Access?

Sometimes while I was listening to SA Success CD, my whole body gets really "uncomfortable" and want to stop listening right away. The first time I experienced "uncomfortable" feeling and I stop listening right away, I felt relief. The second time, I forced myself to listen till the end and felt relieved once the CD stop. Other times, I do not experience the uncomfortable feeling at all.

I don't really know how to described these body feeling but its like my body is telling me that it cannot take it anymore.

Can someone tell me what is going on?

Thanks!

I'm disappointed - I had gained the impression that it didn't matter whether you were awake or asleep, the benefits accrued just the same. During the night is the only time I can find for both Sonic Access and Holosync. I can't see how I'm going to fit two hours of meditation into my waking hours :-(

I know the instructions say to use these while awake, but with most programs, you can achieve SOME benefits by using them while asleep. I understand what you're saying about the long meditations. This is one reason why I really don't use the Sonic Access cds that much. Lovely meditations, but there is only so much time in a day, and I tend to gravitate to the shorter paraliminals instead.

I also have the Seeds of Enlightenment--and I doubt there's a more awesome meditation set out there. But I've had to put them aside until after the holidays. Which is fine--they'll keep. \:\)
