I dont know why but i am still confused with super-reading and dipping.I cant understand how it can make my learning faster...Plz help me...Whenever i try to sr and dip my mind forces me to do it the usual way...Somehow i am not convinced and super-reading and dipping

think of a question you do have to ask the author. Then run your eye down the page to find an answer. Don't dip until you have found, where you think the answer should be. You can run your eye down the page rapidly two or three times. Allow about 16 to 30 seconds per page.

If you always want to start regular reading many probably haven't asked a significant question. And you are still approaching activation with a passive mind.
