Good morning!

The general answer to questions on this forum is mostly - experiment away! Yes, that's really good answer, but I'd like to know of others' experience with this:

When using holosync (AP), how many paraliminals can you stomach per day? I've just begun the program (h/s) and don't really know what symptoms of overwhelm I have yet. I want to use at least two paraliminals a day which I've read that someone had as his upper limit. What have your symptoms of overwhelm been when using too many paraliminals while using h/s?

Thanks in advance, love the forum.

One point, Tore...

If you are looking for "symptoms of overwhelm" that's what you will get. Not very pleasurable...

Instead, If you start noticing how many different kinds of good feelings you have and will have, you will also get them!

From your previous posts I know that you have had a great success with paraliminals. Continue on that path! (how many paraliminals you can take in one day I can't say, hopefully someone else can give you some idea?)

Little point in spending more time listening to paraliminals and holosync all day. You still need to go out to the world to integrate the experiences from them in your outer life. The paraliminals are more useful if you have a specific goal you want to work on, so often one a day is enough to perhaps 3, more than that I think the individual needs to consider that they may be doubting the good work that the paraliminal can do and undermining the outcome with self doubt. More is not necessarily better.

It depends on your pacing and what else you're doing.

On a weekend, I'll go through the whole Natural Brilliance cycle of tapes, which is four paraliminals not counting the Generator. On weekdays, I generally stick to just one paraliminal.

Thanks for the replies!

My daily schedule has space for holosync + 3 paraliminals. During two busrides and when going to sleep (for the paraliminals). I'm just trying to find a helathy level and not hiding away from the "real" world. =)

Purjo, great point. I just want to minimize the overwhelm by having good habits. I'll see if this little mindbody can handle it. Looking for how great it manages it... =)

The effects of the paraliminals seems to wane when using h/s. An old topics covers this (about hemisync vs. h/s) and some say that h/s will go to the roots and dig the issues up. I've suspected for some time that the paraliminals haven't done that all together just yet. Time seems to be the factor although. Integrating and getting used to the new me takes time.

Kaiden, what effects do you find/feel from doing that? And how much do you use the NBGen?

Just curious.

Going through the Natural Brilliance cycle helps me uncover options I haven't thought about.

Natural Brilliance Generator is best listened to upon retiring and waking. Currently, that time is slotted for the Brain-Sync "Slim Naturally," until the end of August. Not sure exactly what September will be, yet, but I'm thinking of "Deep Relaxion," just to prevent waking up with headaches (which is probably sleep apnea).

I find listening to a tape every day for a month will internalize it. It may be overkill, but it normally takes 30 days to install new habits.

hi
Does anyone know if the holosync silent subliminal series works as well as the paraliminals? What's the difference?
Thanks

Holosync silent subliminals have affirmations recorded at very high frequencies that, supposedly, your brain can perceive and will act upon. I think they also use binaural beats to put you into a more "receptive" state.

The attempt here is to program your mind, as if you were a robot and the part of your brain that receives the ultra-high frequency verbal information will act upon it intelligently ... which I question, because what part of the brain interprets and filters the information in such a way that it is meaningful? How can meaning as intended be communicated in any way to a robot without a feedback loop ... Meaning is derived, not an inherent quality in any communication. But, anyway ...

Paraliminal technology, on the other hand, attempts to guide the listener into a special learning state in which one is relaxed and open to the audible, verbal information on the tape or CD. The voices are spatially organized (that is, they sound like they are coming from different locations in and around your head) and presented in a rhythm. Vocal emphasis is used a la NLP-style Ericksonian hypnosis. Multiple voices are used simultaneously. This creates a very interesting linkage in meaning between various phrases that converge spatially and verbally with certain words or phrases (you'll know what I mean when you listen). At least two modes of speaking are used. One form is in a story or metaphor, the other is direct, factual, and/or suggestive statements.

Your mind is alive. It thinks and learns. I think it is an environment in which information self-organizes, but can also be directed.

I do not like subliminal technology because it operates from a place of programming. While the P in NLP is programming, I think a lot of NLPers view human beings and the deeper intelligence of the subconscious as something more than a robot for programming. I do believe that deep learning and understanding (vis a vis programming) are possible at the unconscious level ... and are a product of the unconscious mind--not the unconscious bio-computer. But, that is just me and my programmed notions of free will.

I am a supporter of holosync due entirely to the results that I have enjoyed. However,I have not bothered using any affirmations (these are optional). The reason is not because they do not work, they are carefully controlled in the advertising industry. I just prefer the NLP/NS approach,it seems more intelligent and flexible.
