In the Course Manual Level 1 Mr. Lin mentions that "at the beginning of your practice you should spend 1 to 3 minutes lightly bouncing with your feet planted on the floor." I am afraid I don't understand how I can be lightly bouncing while my feet are planted on the ground. Would anyone know what is ment here.
Thank you

Yes, this is great any time to energize your body get your Qi moving and lift your spirits.
Simply leave your feet flat on the floor and bend your knees slightly and gently bounce by dropping a bit at the knees and coming up again. Let your arms flop at your sides as you (again gently) increase your speed. Then lift your arms over your head and let your hands flop (also gently) at your wrists while you bounce. Gently lower your arms if they tire too much. You can slowly twist your body from side to side while you bounce as well. Slow the bouncing down as you come to a stop. Very nice!
