Sadly, I seem to face my frustration direction in my TV room when I watch TV. The room has one wall open to the adjoining room, and the rest of the walls have windows, except for the one spot where I put the armoire with the TV. SO only one place to put the sofa across from it. How can I rectify this situation? I find it interesting I tend to overeat in that room.

Aloha samantha6,

You do the best you can with what you have to work with.

One's desk and bed are of importance because of the amount and quality of time spent there. The TV Room facing direction...not so important. Look instead about the flow of energy in, and through the room.

Much Love, Shawn

Well that is good to know. But what do you mean to look about the flow of energy in and through the room?

I think Shawn is stating that you should make certain there are no blockages of energy entering through the door(s) and hallways. For instance, large mirrors that reflect the energy right back the way it came. You want there to be energy flow.

I had a similar problem where my large desk was sitting right inside the doorway going into my main room which serves as both my office space, play area, and TV room. My desk was not in a good spot - blocked energy entering room. So... I moved my desk over the long holiday weekend(s). With my energy number being a 5, my best directions are NE, W, NW, and SW. Not the best directions for desk placement. Still... I managed to place my desk sideways at the far end of the room on a diagonal so that when I am sitting I face the NE. Had to go wireless with my computer to make this happen.

Anyway... you do the best you can do with what you have to work with. It is not going to be possible to circumvent every potential problem area; however, you should do the best you are able.

If your TV can not be moved... so be it. Just move the other furniture around to allow the free flow of energy. And bless you best areas with items that match those directions per Marie's course.

That's pretty much it. rather than worrying about your facing direction while watching TV (which is minimal compared to your time and the importance of what you are doing sleeping and working), check out how the energy comes into and out of that room, as Kruzer said.

Much Love, Shawn
