You can place healthy related items and your activation card in your personal health direction.
You would also activate the general Space Feng Shui health direction as found in the Level One manual on page 13 with the appropriate enhancing elements, direction color, symbol, or shape.
The thing is to not over activate. No need to place healthy related items again in the East, above what you'll normally place to activate the East.
