I like to contemplate God and connect myself to the Infinite Source within through an active form of prayer called contemplation. I was wondering if it is okay to use the passwords---I am in the Universe, the Universe is in my body. I and the Universe combine together, before starting my contemplation?

I thought that my contemplations would be easier and stronger if I used the these passwords. All I am doing is actively praying.

Also, how does those passwords work? If you don't say the passwords first, and do the active exercises, your not moving energy.

PS---- I don't mean to be confusing, I just want to know if I can use this outside of Qi Gong exercises , and use the passwords for prayers, also---if that makes sense. Thanks, Flower

Aloha Flower,

If I have to sort a lot of papers, I can do it alone, with the help of a teacher, or get the whole school involved. If I don't ask my teacher or school for assistance, I'm still getting things done.

You can use the password before your contemplation, or any time you want to intentionally connect with the Universal energy.

Shawn Thank you for that great answer. It is just what I thought. I went ahead and tried anyway before I got my answer from you.

Happy New Year, Flower
