All the activation techniques described in the system are only good with the open book.
What specific advice can you give for examination activation, where there is bound to be examination and performance anxiety ?

Hi rfern,

I would not be attempting to learning photoreading or activation techniques with school materials or school exams or school textbooks.

I would first learn photoreading on books that have absolutely nothing to do with school. When you feel comfortable in your ability to active non-school books then i would transfer that newly acquired skill to school textbooks.

Examination time is not the time nor the place to be attempting to learn activation techniques. You should learn activation techniques on books that have nothing to do with school. In regards to examinations be well prepared for your examinations and get into the accelerated learning states by deep breaths in and holdind and releasing your breath. Use other relaxation techniques as well as using affirmations.
