Hello all,
I have had IPM for a while, but have never really gotten much out of it. I have listened to it a few times, what actions can I take to make sure that it works? What specifically should I be thinking of/focusing on while listening to it? What have others used and what results did they get/want?

Thanks

Hi haigb

I found this on one of the "Consistent Achievement" pages, on implied IPM usage:

"Would you like to cultivate your energy and project yourself brilliantly?

*Walk your true path of personal power.
*Build personal characteristics in yourself that you admire in others.
*Tap into an unlimited source of internal energy.
*Discover energy leakages and shore them up.
*Release undesirable idiosyncrasies.
*Achieve the dynamic personality you want.
*Influence others to perceive you as you want.
*Magnetize your mind and body for success.
*Feel more energized throughout your day.
*Stop unattractive fidgeting and restlessness and develop an attractive, calm demeanor.
*Develop personal courage.
*Experience dynamic personal charisma.
*Capture boundless energy and hold it within as instant personal magnetism.
*Eliminate unwanted personality characteristics.
"

Personally I've used it to gain alot more energy. It unblocks sources of wasted energy. One thing I've found a problem with it is finding models. What I do is I page throough Mens Health magazines before using it.

Think of the results you want while using it, think of your models attractiveness and the results you could achieve with his attractiveness. Try and increase this feeling while listening. Get passionate about your possibilities while listening. Imagine how you could be charming to women.

Good luck and enjoy it!
Regards
Grant

IPM is one of my favourite paraliminal.

I don't use if for becoming popular though. Of course it can be used for that. I use it to incorporate characteristics into myself. As for making it work, I just follow the instructions.

The only thing I've done a little differently is the models I've used for behaviour is myself, not someone I lookup to or thinks typifies a characteristic. I think of myself, when I've demonstrated that characteristic I want more of in my life.

When I finish a session, I usually feel great right away and it gets better and a notice this new behaviour in me and it's effects on others. Often the effects are quite surprising and hard to believe they are actually happening.

Sending love,
Iam2

Do you mind sharing some examples that you have used for yourself?

Thanks

When I was a younger man I had absolute confidence in almost aspect of my life. I guess many young men do. Well, I know that confidence is often 80% of getting most jobs done. I would visualize myself as I was. Taking on my mindset of then. Reliving old challenges. Re-experiencing my attitude towards them, and my successes. Even how I view failure. I never really had a failure. I just had learning experiences. I believed that everything, good or bad, was for my ultimate good. If some appeared to be bad happened to me, it was because I need that experience or needed to travel down a certain path so that I could reach my ultimate success. Whatever that was.... IS!

How's that? Always make the visualization as real as possible. Not just visualy sense, incorporate all your senses, your emotions, your mental state / attitudes /beliefs. You can do this even if you aren't re-living something. Remember if you're going to dream, then DREAM BIG and in Colour and Surround Sound, and senso-vision. And bring some popcorn you might get hungry on the journey.

Iam2

Iam2,

Very good. I hope that you still have this
attitude? You mentioned that you had it as a "younger man".

Well, if so then you wouldn't need anything
here. Right......

Frodo2, your beliefs are always in motion. They constant shift as your experience stream in. The balance is always changing.

I don't think I'm where I once was, but I'm well on the way there and possible to a better place. I'm not letting go of this and a few other new beliefs I am cementing into place. Of course a few old beliefs are being deflated too.

Maybe I shouldn't say it here. Oh heck I've said it on LSC forums before. I realized I had lost this belief while listening to a set of Anthony Robbins tapes.

I think he means the Robbins tapes.

I'm curious Iam2. What about the Robbins-tapes made you loose the old enhancing beliefs? (or was it old limiting beliefs)
